Coach Ashley is organizing a send off for Ian Grum, Poolsharks & St Pius class of 2019, now competing in his final year of NCAA competition for U of Georgia.  

Ian did a phenomenal job at US Nationals this summer, earning a spot on the US National team that will compete in the Pan Am games later this month in Santiago, Chile.  

Deadline to write a note to Ian is this Monday Oct 16th.

Hey, Poolsharks! As many of you have no doubt heard, our own Ian Grum (Poolshark Class of '19, UGA '23) was recently named to the USA Swimming National Team! As the youngest of three boys, Ian was born into a Poolshark family, and MANY of our swimmers have spent years chasing some of his Venetian records on that big board! He will be traveling to Santiago, Chile in a couple of weeks to compete in the PanAmerican Games, so let's show him some home team love! Our friends at Raging Burrito (Decatur Square) have graciously consented to being a drop-off point. Bring your notes, pictures and cards to "the Burrito" and ask any employee to point you towards the Venetian box so that we can send him off to compete in a couple of weeks with a package of love and care!
