Away Meet at Echo Ridge Tuesday!

• Declaration due tonight! Are ya swimming?
• Reminder that Starfish do not swim at away meets
• Volunteers needed for Echo Ridge— U6 girls bullpen; U8 girls bullpen (shift 2), U12 boys bullpen (shift 1) have no sign-ups..yet :).

Echo Ridge Away meet info (from our friends at Echo Ridge!)

ADDRESS: 2310 Meadowvale Drive Atlanta, GA 30345

Most people use Google maps or GPS for directions. Our club has 2 entrances and sometimes, GPS can send drivers the wrong way. Use the Briarcliff/Heritage Drive route to access the Meadowvale Drive entrance for the Swim Meet.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING: Please feel free to park in our parking lot. We won’t have enough spaces for your entire team. But we ask our Echo team to walk or park on the surrounding streets to leave space for our guest team in the lot. Feel free to pull into the lot. You may drop off swimmers at the front door and then go back to park.

Our neighborhood knows we are having a swim meet and they know to expect the extra car traffic and parking on the surrounding streets. Our neighbors are understanding, as long as everyone parks sensibly and legally. Please help us keep everyone happy by following a few basic rules. Thank you!

• Park on ONE SIDE of the STREETS
• Observe the NO PARKING signs
• Do not BLOCK Driveways
• Do not PARK on corners

POOL LAYOUT: We have reserved our main pavilion, behind the starting blocks for your team area. In addition, you may also use the grassy area behind the playground, or the tennis pavilion near the courts. (*based on availability due to tennis teams/ players having priority).

PLEASE NOTE- the playground is CLOSED during swim meets!

BYOCC: Bring your own Camp Chairs

CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE: Pizza slices; Chick-fil-a sandwiches; Chips/Cokes/Water; Various sweets and candy

VENETIAN WARM-UPS: 4:45-5:15

TIMERS’ MEETING: about 5:30 at the computer desk. Your Timers and Finish Judge should plan to attend.
